Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are non-returnable, including:

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification about its approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

Contact your bank (there may be delays in posting refunds).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at sales@jananstore.com and send your item to 451 Wall Street, UK, London.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

The time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
